In recognition of the first 6 months of any job being the most difficult, all new staff members are awarded a New Joiners' Allowance of €1,200 (in addition to your salary) payable as follows:

| Month 6 | Salary Plus | €600 | (the party month!) |
After 12 Months you will receive an EXTRA /€325.00 annual allowance for uniforms, IDs and Medicals
